Return Policy

Blue Dove Return Policy:
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. As Blue Dove items are ready-to-ship, quantities are extremely limited. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items. Each item is lovingly inspected for quality before shipping, but it is possible that a minor flaw may be overlooked. If you feel you have received a damaged item, please email us at info@bluedovekids.com within three days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to exchange the item with another of the same if in stock, or a merchandise credit if the item is sold out. The item will need to be shipped back to us within three days of us sending a return label. Additionally, on rare occasions, given that Blue Dove is mom-run and 100% human, order mistakes are possible. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please reach out to us at info@bluedovekids.com within three days of delivery so we can get the mishap sorted out for you! If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit for the item.
If you do not want an exchange and simply decide that the item purchased just is not right for you, that is OK! You may return it to us within the 3 days, at the customers expense. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for your purchase, less 20% of the purchase price. This isn't meant to seem harsh, but understand that shipping items to you takes time and money.
ALL Returned items must remain NEW, un-washed, and un-worn. Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
